There are 76 chemical additives approved by the TTB in the United States for wine making. Unfortunately, since most wine in the U.S. is a highly processed factory product with a huge demand, wineries dose wine with unwanted adulterants to take full control over their production.
As Tony Coturri, a natural grower in California, is quoted saying. "You can't keep putting this stuff in your body. You get allergies. Skin problems. Your immune system collapses. I am old enough now to know people who drank wine their whole life and can't drink it anymore, not because of the wine, but because of the additives."
